Tarzana Whole Foods Market Opens in 2010

A new Whole Foods is less than a year from completion in Tarzana, at the intersection of Yolanda Avenue and Ventura Boulevard.
Though it is perhaps to soon to know what the neighbors will call the new shopping center in which it is located, this site (“The Village”, “Village Walk” or “Village at Tarzana”) will definitively bring value to the city of Tarzana. The new development will include the 55,800 square feet Whole Foods and a 10,000 square feet Yoga Works center.
This site will also include many upscale restaurant and fashion boutiques with large outdoor dining areas. Parking will not be an issue since there will be 762 on-site subterranean and surface parking. To make it even better, 72 luxury residential condominium and town home units will be built.
